So where are all these Privateers who were talking smack about "If you swing the nerfbat, piracy will adapt!"
What happened to the bravado? Where's that "Don't whine, ADAPT" crap coming from now?

There will be less targets, true, but that will also be liberating to a degree. It opens up the ability to really start to target our efforts and have a greater impact in each individual war we have. No longer will we randomly pop whatever we see, but we will be proactively pursuing our enemies. We may no longer accept every contract that is requested of us, but we will have the ability to pick and choose the most lucrative and entertaining ones.

It severely curtails the number of wars any alliance or corporation can have running at the sametime. Instead of each war costing a mere 50 million a week each. One war costs 50 million, two wars cost 200 million, three wars cost 450 million, four wars cost 800 million, five wars cost 1.25 billion. These are per week costs.

These guys really did something creative and interesting, it is a shame people can not respect that and want to force their game play style upon other games (especially when they already have games like EQ and WoW).

There's nothing stopping them from continuing what they do. They simply cannot maintain the current scope of their operations.
